We’ll use Sewjo to upload everything for the online sale. Decide whether you’re adding fabric, patterns, or notions, then customize your form once per category — Sewjo will remember it next time.
- Each category has a few required fields; others are optional.
- You can add as much or as little detail as you like.
- Group items however you want: single pieces, bundles, or themed packs.
- Only clean, good-condition materials — no scraps or damaged goods.

Decide whether you’re adding knits, wovens, blends, or specialty textiles.
To Set Up
- Open Fabric → Add Fabric
- Scroll down → Customize Fields
- Turn on & reorder so these appear first:
- ✅ Stash Bash (toggle ON)
- ✅ Length & Width
- ✅ Price
- (Optional) Fabric Name / Fabric Content / Notes

Paper patterns only — no digital PDFs.
To Set Up
- Open Pattern → Add Pattern
- Scroll down → Customize Fields
- Turn on & reorder so these appear first:
- ✅ Stash Bash
- ✅ Pattern Name
- ✅ Pattern Brand
- ✅ Price
- (Optional) Description / Notes

Use this category for everything else — trims, zippers, kits, yarn, hardware, etc.
To Set Up
- Open Notion → Add Notion
- Scroll down → Customize Fields
- Turn on & reorder so these appear first:
- ✅ Stash Bash
- ✅ Notion Name
- ✅ Quantity
- ✅ Price
- (Optional) Notion Category, Notes or Details
