Quick Overview

We’ll use Sewjo to upload everything for the online sale. Decide whether you’re adding fabric, patterns, or notions, then customize your form once per category — Sewjo will remember it next time.

  • Each category has a few required fields; others are optional.
  • You can add as much or as little detail as you like.
  • Group items however you want: single pieces, bundles, or themed packs.
  • Only clean, good-condition materials — no scraps or damaged goods.

🧵 Fabrics

Decide whether you’re adding knits, wovens, blends, or specialty textiles.

To Set Up

  1. Open Fabric → Add Fabric
  2. Scroll down → Customize Fields
  3. Turn on & reorder so these appear first:
  • Stash Bash (toggle ON)
  • Length & Width
  • Price
  • (Optional) Fabric Name / Fabric Content / Notes
💡 Photo Tips: Use even light and a neutral background. Take 2–4 photos: close-up of texture, full piece, drape/back, and any imperfections. Dark fabrics (black/navy) need extra care for accurate colour.

📄 Patterns

Paper patterns only — no digital PDFs.

To Set Up

  1. Open Pattern → Add Pattern
  2. Scroll down → Customize Fields
  3. Turn on & reorder so these appear first:
  • Stash Bash
  • Pattern Name
  • Pattern Brand
  • Price
  • (Optional) Description / Notes
💡 Photo Tips: Photograph the front and back of the envelope in good light. Make sure both the brand and pattern number are clearly visible.

🧰 Notions / Tools / Other

Use this category for everything else — trims, zippers, kits, yarn, hardware, etc.

To Set Up

  1. Open Notion → Add Notion
  2. Scroll down → Customize Fields
  3. Turn on & reorder so these appear first:
  • Stash Bash
  • Notion Name
  • Quantity
  • Price
  • (Optional) Notion Category, Notes or Details
💡 Photo Tips: Show the whole pack or bundle plus a close-up. If items are mixed (buttons, zippers, elastics), make contents obvious and list the quantity.
