Returns
If for any reason you don't love what you ordered or if there's an error with the order you received, please do contact us directly so we can do our best to make things right. Please email us at hello@fabcycle.ca or send a message via the website.

As all orders are final sale, please review your items and the full order total, including any duties or import taxes, before completing your purchase.

Delays with couriers and returned  orders (from couriers) are not in our control and are not eligible for a refund.  

However, please do contact us if there's any issue that arises and we'll try our best to come up with a creative solution.

Descriptions
We try our best to capture the right colour and texture of the fabrics we have. But due to monitor, camera and light variance, sometimes the colour might appear slightly different than on the photo.
If you're not sure about the colour or need to see more images of the fabric you're interested in, contact us directly and we'll be happy to get your more accurate footage.

Product Descriptions
We try our best to capture as much accurate description as we can. We rely on the marking on the fabrics we collect however often the fabric comes without any marking and so we'll do our best to describe the properties and the care instructions that match this fabric type.
But please do bear in mind that we cannot guarantee any fabric property because of the nature of the products being deadstock or donations.
