FABCYCLE CUBBY Policy

CUBBY lets you place your order now and have FABCYCLE hold it for you while you continue shopping, so you can combine orders and save on shipping.

How CUBBY works

Your CUBBY begins with your first CUBBY order. We’ll hold your order at our studio for up to 45 days from the date of that first order.

You can add additional orders to your CUBBY during those 45 days. Any additional orders are added to your existing CUBBY and do not restart or extend the 45-day period.

You may have one active CUBBY at a time.

Please use the same email address and delivery address for every CUBBY order so we can identify and combine the orders correctly. If your delivery address changes, contact us before adding another order.

Shipping

You can request to have your CUBBY shipped at any time during the 45-day period. If your combined CUBBY orders have not reached the free-shipping threshold, FABCYCLE will send you an invoice for the applicable shipping cost.

If your combined CUBBY orders reach the applicable free-shipping threshold during the 45-day period, we’ll automatically combine your CUBBY orders and ship them together at no additional shipping cost.

Free-shipping eligibility is based on the combined merchandise subtotal of your CUBBY orders after discounts and before taxes, in accordance with FABCYCLE’s Free Shipping Policy:

  • Canada (10 provinces): $120 CAD
  • Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: $150 CAD
  • United States: $175 CAD
  • All other countries: Free shipping is not currently available. We’ll still combine your CUBBY orders and invoice you for shipping when your CUBBY closes.

Free shipping covers the cost of shipping your CUBBY. If any duties, tariffs or import taxes apply, they’ll be shown separately at checkout.

If your CUBBY has not reached the free-shipping threshold by the end of the 45-day period, FABCYCLE will send you an invoice for the applicable shipping cost. Shipping invoices are due within seven days. Once the shipping invoice has been paid, your CUBBY orders will be combined and shipped together.

CUBBY orders are final sale

A CUBBY order is a completed purchase, just like any other FABCYCLE order. Choosing CUBBY changes when your order is shipped; it does not reserve items for a future purchase decision.

All CUBBY purchases are final sale and our regular final-sale policy applies.

Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted simply because an order is being held in a CUBBY.

Unpaid shipping invoices

Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping cost if their CUBBY does not qualify for free shipping.

If a shipping invoice remains unpaid after seven days, the CUBBY cannot continue to be held indefinitely. The customer’s access to CUBBY may be suspended or removed.

Repeated cancellation requests, unpaid shipping invoices, or misuse of the CUBBY system may also result in CUBBY access being removed.

When a CUBBY closes

A CUBBY is complete once the orders associated with it have been combined and shipped.

Once that CUBBY has been shipped, it is closed. Any future CUBBY order begins a new CUBBY with a new 45-day period.
