Shipping Policy

• Your order will be prepared for shipping or pickup within 3-5 business days.

  We ship all over North America. For orders in Canada we ship with Canada Post, Chit Chats or other couriers such as UPS, ICS, Canpar, Purolator etc. US orders with Chit Chats, UPS or Fedex.
• If you'd like us to ship outside North America, please contact us to discuss shipping rates

• As soon as your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking number of your order.

How Shipping is Calculated?

We calculate shipping based on the volume of the order and the distance to your address.

To get a quote for the shipping, please add the products you'd like to ship to the shopping cart and enter your address. The cart will calculate the shipping rate based on the volume of the products you've chosen and the distance to where the package is going.

Free shipping

Orders qualify for free shipping when the merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before taxes, is:

• $120 CAD or more to Canada’s 10 provinces

• $150 CAD or more to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut

• $175 CAD or more to the United States

Very occasionally, an order may qualify for free shipping but have an unusually high shipping cost. If the actual shipping cost is more than 30% of the merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before taxes, we may need to charge the amount above that threshold. If that happens, we’ll always get in touch before sending your order.

Duties, tariffs and import taxes

Free shipping covers the cost of shipping your order. Duties, tariffs and import taxes are separate.

For U.S. and other international orders, if any of these charges apply, they’ll be shown separately in your order total at checkout. These charges are set by the country the order is being shipped to and are outside of FABCYCLE’s control.

Please review the full total before placing your order. Any duties, tariffs or import taxes shown at checkout are part of the final order total.

Can you ship Letter-mail?

We don't usually offer letter mail however if you order something very light (under 500 grams) and that can fit in an envelope, we might be able to accommodate. Contact us to discuss best options.

My order hasn't arrived

If your order doesn't arrive within reasonable time, please contact us. Canada Post and USPS are experiencing significant delays, so please be aware that packages sometimes take longer than usual to arrive and we'll do our best to help get things moving as much as we can on our end.

If you have a commercial account with another shipper

And you'd like to use your account instead of ours - no problem. Contact us to discuss.

Packaging

We're all about reuse and recycling and we try to minimize our environmental impact by reusing existing packaging from our neighbouring businesses or any other sustainable packaging like compo-stable or biodegradable mailers.

You'll likely receive a box with various packaging that has varied branding on it or a mailer that is compo-stable or biodegradable.
