Do you have fabrics, patterns, or notions that are too good or too expensive to donate—but you don't feel like dealing with Facebook Marketplace?
Stash Bash is a community destash market run by FABCYCLE to help makers sell their extra materials in person or online. We're testing a simple system that helps sewists sell the beautiful things hiding in their stash.
We'll promote your items through FABCYCLE's online store and community network, handle the transactions, and send you your earnings once the event wraps up.
How to Sell

What We're Looking For
We curate vendors for quality and variety. Items must be clean, organized, and in good condition.
✓ Accepted Items
- ✓Fabrics — cotton, linen, wool, silk, rayon, knits, etc.
- ✓Paper patterns (no PDFs)
- ✓Notions & sewing tools
- ✓Working sewing machines
- ✓Craft / Yarn items
Not Accepted
No scraps or damaged items, please. All items must be in good, usable condition and properly organized.
How Payment Works
No table fees
- ✓For both in-person and online sales
- ✓Commission covers setup, fees, and handling
- ✓Payout via e-transfer: Jan 9 (in-person), Jan 16 (online)
