Dear Community, 
We hear you. These are uncertain times and you might be feeling concerned, confused, disconnected or even just bored at home.

We might not be able to meet for a while until we flatten the curve of COVID-19, but we can certainly do what we do best: get creative, organize our fabric stashes, inventory our patterns or just check on the projects we keep pushing for "one day".
This is the time to get creative (now more than ever) and stay connected to each other so we can get through this together. 

The Sew-cial Challenge

Every week for the next few weeks we will give out a sewing challenge. You’ll have exactly 5 days to come up with your project, and then the most voted project wins a prize! It’s going to be a whole lot of fun. It’s also the perfect thing to do while staying at home.

Schedule

• Saturday - Weekly challenge announced
• Saturday to Thursday at 12 PM -  5 days to post your project
• Thursday 12 PM to Friday 12 PM - Vote for your favourite project
• Friday afternoon -Winner Announced!

Who can Enter?

Anyone in Canada! We'll cover the cost of shipping the prize if you win :)

Voting

Voting will be open over our Instagram stories Every Thursday at 12 pm and close on Friday at 12 pm. You will have 24 hours to vote for your favourite project! All you got to do is go through all the entries, pick your favourite and then tell us which project is your favourite by replying to it. 

What's the Prize?

The winner gets one of our brand new Mystery Packs! (click the link to see what they look like) These sets are valued at $30-$50 and come with 4M of fabric, an assortment of notions and even free shipping!

This week's challenge is from March 28th to noon on April 2nd. The winner of this week's challenge will be announced on April 3rd at 1pm.

This Week's Challenge: SEW IT FORWARD

Your challenge this week is to make something for someone else.

Whether it's your loved one, your neighbour, your friend or a stranger. We want to see the beautiful projects you create to make someone else's day shine brighter.

It is in these days of stress and worrisome, that we need the support of each other more than ever.
Although you can make a gift for someone you gifted your sewn projects before, we encourage you to explore ideas of whom a gift would be most needed or most appreciated (maybe it's a stranger, or it's someone whom you've never given a gift before).
